Greatest Weekend EVER!!

This weekend Henry and I flew to Baltimore to see Rob before he left the country. It was so amazing to get to see him after six weeks a part and it was so fun to watch Henry and Daddy play! Here are a few pictures from our trip.

Henry conked out after the worst Dr.'s appointment ever! We went back to the hotel to wait until Rob's plane came in. This nap was great for ALL of us!

Henry and Dad at Chick-fil-a having dinner.

And playing in the play place!

Resting after a big day!

Daddy taught Henry to say "YEA!" when he's swinging! It's so cute! He also taught him "cool" which sounds more like "oool" but we know what he means :)

These boys are so cute!

Henry loves Daddy!!

After a few adjustment hours these two were back to being like peas and carrots! We took Henry to the airport on Sunday to meet our sweet, amazing, wonderful, thinning :) cousins Jerm and Beth Anne so they could take him back to Texas. We are so thankful that they offered to do this for us! It was great to have Henry with us and then be able to go out and have an evening with just us. Thanks again J and BA!!

Best buddies!

And this is the last time Rob will have his feet on American soil for six months! There were like 60 men and women leaving with him that night.
We love you so much Rob and can't wait to have you home again for many, many more wonderful weekends! Be safe and miss us a lot!!

Kasey, I met your sweet Henry at your moms house the other day. He is precious. I have read your blog for a while now and am so glad to finally meet Henry.

Thank you! I think he's pretty great! But I'm biased :)

Hi handsome Henry! That was a great weekend that we had last week. I miss you so much, and I hope that you remember me when I come back to you in a few months. I think about you every day, and I just wanted to write and let you know how special you and your mom are to me.
Salaam from Baghdad,
Your Baghdaddy
